Your bouquet
Tap + on a flower to start your bouquet.
1. Set your prices
Waste and overhead is added to your flower cost first, then the markup multiplies it.
2. Choose add-ons
Tick the ones this bouquet includes. Prices are what the customer pays. Tip: price add-ons at roughly 2x to 2.5x what they cost you.
3. Review the total
Quick price check
A rough guide using your waste and markup settings. Type in either box.
Bouquet ideas for this season
Six bouquets from smaller to grander, designed the way a florist would: a palette that actually works together, flowers that suit each other and the season, and a sensible mix of focal flowers, fillers and greens. Everything comes from your own profile and directory, and prices use your own costs, markup and waste setting.
Saved bouquets
Quick order list
Set how many of each saved bouquet you need. The list rounds up to full bunches. Retail value uses each bouquet's subtotal, before delivery and tax. For a client's event, use the Orders tab.
Community bouquets
Bouquets other florists have shared. Only flowers and amounts are shared, never prices. Anything you share can be seen by everyone who uses this app.
Quick options for a client
Tell it what they need, like 6 table centrepieces and 1 head table, and it shows a few options with the total for the client. Only options that make you money at that amount are shown, so nobody is quoted something that loses money.
Designs for every occasion
Pick an occasion to see ready-made design ideas with stems and prices, built from the in-season flowers in your profile and directory. Prices use your own costs, markup and waste setting.
Bulk order pricing
Big orders, like a school or an event, can get a discount on the items. When an order is on Automatic, it picks the discount from the number of items on it. Clear a row to skip that tier. If an order's profit margin falls below your minimum, it shows a red warning. Leave the minimum blank for no warning.
Tax on your flower purchases
If you pay HST on wholesale flowers and cannot claim it back, it is a real cost. Turn this on if the prices you saved are before tax, and the tax is added to every flower cost for you.
Holiday pricing
Wholesale prices jump around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other peak dates. Enter the increase and every flower cost in this profile goes up by that much, so your quotes and shopping lists use the higher price. Set it back to 0 afterwards.
Flower directory
Save supplier prices here once and use them in any profile. Upload a vendor's price list (CSV or Excel) to fill it in automatically. When a price changes, the old price is kept so you can see the trend.

Decor and extras
Pumpkins, wreaths, birch poles, ribbon, vases and other items that are not cut flowers. They show up as add-ons when you build a bouquet. Add one from your directory (the price starts at 2.25x your cost, change it any time) or type your own. Tip: add-ons should be roughly 2x to 2.5x your cost.
Typical wholesale prices (rough guide)
What florists usually pay per stem in Canada, with the usual pack size and what each flower is used for. It is a rough average gathered from web research, so some numbers may be off. The directory uses it to flag any supplier price that looks far too high or low. Your supplier's real price always wins.
